Job Role

This is a hands-on role predominately producing our core range of Sausage Rolls. As Production Supervisor your duties include:

• Running an efficient production line of our core Sausage Roll range.
• Lead pastry and meat processing.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and quality standards.
• Completion of production, cleaning, and compliance paperwork.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials
• Covering other areas within the production department including packing.
